Transformations That Speak for Themselves
Implants & Bridge
This 66-year-old patient came to us with a failing bridge and significant decay in the supporting teeth. With three teeth to replace and limited bone volume in the area, we used two implants and a screw-retained zirconia bridge to rebuild his bite. He can now chew comfortably on his right side again.
Full-Mouth Rehabilitation
This 62-year-old patient came to us unable to chew properly and hesitant to smile due to multiple missing and damaged teeth. We rebuilt his bite, had implants placed, and restored broken and worn-down teeth with crowns. He now has a smile that he can proudly show off in front of his grandchildren.
Hi, I’m Dr. Elston Wong
With over 25 years of experience, I’ve combined my education at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Dentistry and Tufts University School of Dental Medicine training with advanced techniques from Seattle’s prestigious Kois Center (Where I also mentor other dentists).
Over the past 25 years, I’ve focused on restorative dentistry, including implant restorations, using CBCT (cone beam CT scan) imaging and digital treatment planning to assess each case thoroughly before recommending anything.
What this means for you as a patient
This isn’t just about replacing a tooth.
When you understand your options clearly, you make better decisions. My job is to give you an honest picture of what’s possible for your situation and walk you through it at your own pace.
Does any of this Sound Familiar To You?

Missing teeth change how you eat. Dental implants restore full chewing function so you can enjoy meals without adjusting around the gap.

A gap in your smile affects your confidence in ways that are hard to explain. Implants look and feel like natural teeth.

High-value dental decisions deserve careful consideration. We welcome patients who want to understand all of their options before moving forward. Dr. Wong is a general practitioner focusing on extensive restorative problems.

Dental implants are a significant investment. During your consultation, we will walk you through a clear, itemized estimate and discuss the payment options available to you.

Many patients come to us after a previous solution did not meet their expectations. Implants are designed to be a long-term solution. We'll be honest with you about whether you're a good candidate.
How Dental Implants Work At
Dr. Elston Wong Dental
Step 1: Consultation and CBCT Imaging
Before anything is recommended, we assess your available space and bone volume using digital scans, photographs, and a cone beam CT scan. This gives us a detailed 3D view of your jaw structure and bone volume so there are no surprises going into treatment.
Step 2: Implant Placement and Healing
The implant post is placed either in-house or by a specialist, typically under general anesthesia. Where appearance matters, a temporary prosthesis is provided during healing. The healing period is generally four to six months, and we stay in contact throughout.
Step 3: Final Restoration
Once the implant has integrated with the bone, we attach the final crown, bridge, or other prosthesis. The result is a stable, natural-feeling tooth you can chew with and stop thinking about.
Preventive Care
Protect your oral health and overall well-being with our preventive dental services. We focus on early detection, routine care, and the important connection between your mouth and your body’s health.
Restorative Dentistry
Restore the function and appearance of damaged teeth. Whether it’s decay, an old filling, or cosmetic concerns, we offer modern, durable solutions to bring your smile back to life.
Root Canal Therapy
Save infected or damaged teeth with root canal treatment. We carefully remove harmful material, disinfect the tooth, and seal it to prevent future problems, all with your comfort in mind.
Tooth Replacement
Replace missing teeth with advanced options like implants, bridges, and dentures. Every smile is unique, and we’ll help you choose the best solution for a natural, lasting result.
Orthodontic Treatments
Straighten your smile with clear aligners and other modern orthodontic options. Aligning your teeth improves both appearance and function, and often avoids the need for more invasive dental work.
Sedation Dentistry
Feel calm and relaxed during your appointment with our safe sedation options, including nitrous oxide and oral sedation. Perfect for easing dental anxiety and ensuring a stress-free visit.
What You Can Expect With Dr. Elston Wong Dentistry
No more guessing. Just answers
Stop bouncing between providers or doubting your treatment. For implant patients especially, understanding exactly what the plan is before treatment begins is critical. We use CBCT imaging, so there are no surprises.
Our Whole-Mouth Approach
Most dental problems are connected, so we don’t just fix what’s hurting today. We evaluate your entire oral health to prevent issues before they begin, protect your investment, and give you a smile that works just as well as it looks.
Long-term health. Not short-term patches.
We don’t just treat symptoms, we identify and fix the root cause. That’s why we plan every implant case with a 20-year view. An implant placed correctly, in healthy bone, with a well-designed restoration on top, is built to last.

The procedure is performed under local anesthesia, and most patients find it more manageable than they expected. Some mild discomfort and swelling in the days following placement is normal. We will provide clear aftercare instructions and will be available if you have any concerns during your recovery.
Costs vary depending on the number of teeth being replaced and the specifics of your case. We will provide a detailed, itemized estimate after your consultation so you know exactly what is involved. Ask us about payment options when you call.
The full process from consultation to final restoration typically takes several months. This accounts for the healing period after placement, which allows the implant to integrate properly with the bone. We will walk you through the expected timeline for your specific case at your consultation.
Dental implants are designed to be a long-term solution. The implant post itself can last many years with proper care. The crown placed on top may need attention over time, similar to other dental restorations. We will discuss realistic expectations for your case at your consultation.
Candidacy depends on a number of factors including bone density, overall oral health, and medical history. The best way to find out is to book a consultation. We will assess your situation thoroughly and give you an honest answer about your options.
