This patient lost her upper left front tooth in an accident as a child. The remaining teeth were shifted forward, affecting her smile’s symmetry. Treatment involved gum recontouring, plus four crowns and veneers, to restore a natural, confident smile.

Do you offer sedation dentistry?
Yes, we do! At our office, we offer sedation dentistry to help make your dental visits as comfortable and stress-free as possible. We provide options including nitrous oxide (commonly known as laughing gas), oral sedation, and a combination of oral and nitrous conscious sedation.

How often should I visit the dentist?
We generally recommend a dental examination annually, but this can vary depending on your age, and individual oral health needs. Your hygiene schedule should never be governed by insurance or lack of insurance. Instead, it needs to be customized to your own body’s needs.
Methods of payment
We will accept payment by cash, Interac/debit, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), or personal cheque. We also welcome patients covered under the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) federal programme.
What services do you offer?
We are a general Barrie dental office, and the list of procedures that we offer tends to evolve over time. Most routine procedures are performed in-office, including preventive (Hygiene, Sealants, Guided Biofilm Therapy, and OraVital biofilm DNA testing, restorative (fillings, crowns, onlays, veneers), endodontic (root canals), surgical (extractions mainly), and prosthetic (replacement of missing teeth) procedures. We will also provide
orthodontic services if suitable. Sedation options are also available, and are great for those with mild to moderate anxiety or gagging problems.
For best results, please maintain good oral hygiene and visit us routinely for examinations – we will often spot problems before they become painful.
